If you can't log in to your account, it is probably because you entered the wrong password or are not able to go through 2FA. Here are the things should do:
Reset your password
1) Go to log in.
2) Click Forgot password > enter your email > click send.
3) Click Reset Password from the password reset email you just received.
4) Reset your password and log in again.
Disable two-factor authentication
If you have 2FA enabled on your current device, and wish to switch it to a new device, please go to here.
If you have lost access to your primary 2FA device, please contact Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further assistance.
